I'm certain the phrase, "How the hell am I going to pay my mortgage this month?" was foreign to C.C.'s mind beginning long before his internet marketing strategy was even possible.  So is it really necessary to play on people's health concerns and fears and lure them into joining a group effort to make C.C. "fabulously wealthy" instead of just "very rich".  He lured me in with his "4 signs your heart is quietly failing."  I was so disappointed when he launched into his nauseating marketing monologue; never providing the information he had lead us to expect.  Instead he changes his 4 Things from "signs my heart is quietly failing" to "that happen right before a heart attack." THEN he proceeds to manipulate his victims AGAIN by only providing 2 of the 4 things, and provides only partial information at that.
I'm sure Chauncey is an outstanding doctor; which makes his descent into the worst depths of capitalist marketing all the more dlsgusting.  Dangling life-saving information in front of people like a carrot in front of a donkey.  He then subtly changes his bait into something more honest but less luring,  and then fails to provide even HALF of this new information in some adolescent, unethical attempt to further bait & manipulate his reader.  He's like a sociopathic girlfriend.So this is how our professional, medical elite see their role in society.  Nice.  Well when the economy collapses and prison rape gangs roam the countryside, I can only pray they come across Chauncey on a warm spring day, strolling along a Florida beach...  They say, "Hi."  He says, "Hello."

Admittedly, I envy his financial success, but that doesn't make him any less of a piece of shit.

6 Years Later - I Guess Peace Isn't The High Priority Everyone SAYS It Is...

6 years ago, I took a few moments out of my day to lay the foundation for a Conflict Resolution method derived from the steps necessary for Peace as dictated by logical deduction.  Here's what I came up with:

First, deduct the process by naming the concept (starting with 'peace') and naming it's key, enabling concept. Then name that concept's key enabling concept, and so on until you reach the root concept... observe..

PEACE
-RESPECT
RESPECT
-COMMUNICATION
COMMUNICATION
-TRANSPARENCY (mutual)
TRANSPARENCY
-FAITH (in other participant's positive intent)
FAITH
-HOPE (for the attainability of peace)

Now in reverse order, the two parties in conflict establish each step:

HOPE
FAITH
TRANSPARENCY
COMMUNICATION
RESPECT
PEACE.

DONE. Now that doesn't seem very difficult does it?

I call it the "I HAVE TO CRAP" method from the first letters:  HF T CRP.

The real trick lies in the step establishing TRANSPARENCY.  That's where the men are weeded from the boys.  Everyone has their personal safety/security secrets that they hold so dear and are terrified of letting out - whether due to the shame it would bring or the power it would reveal - either way, until both parties find their brave cores, stand up and open every door, cabinet, and drawer - real Peace will never be reached.

I don't know about you, but this is pretty important stuff in my book and over 6 years I don't think one person has given a shit whatsoever.  Guess I'm still workin' on the "HOPE" step.

Don't Be So Sure Humanity Is All That Important...

How hilarious and humbling would it be if it turns out we are actually just a farm planet for some alien race.  Perhaps humans are a nutritious snack and Earth is located on an intergalactic pathway as sort of a rest stop.  At some point in the future, these giant beings, three times the height of the Empire State Building will plop down on Earth, like four or five of them,  near major cities and start scooping up people, thirty at a time and stuffing them in their mouths.  Then, after about 5 handfuls, feeling refreshed, they look up, and BOING!  They leap from Earth towards their next destination.  And thus, we've served our purpose - a self-sustaining snack bar/rest stop on a galactic nature walk around the Milky Way, for the creatures that "actually" inhabit the universe.

Why you are STILL struggling.

Remember when you had money?  I do.  It was nice.  Nice like the lady at the store.  Nice like your neighbor.  Nice like the misters that shower you with cool water on a hot summer's day...  Except the misters NEVER quite work right! A breeze here, a clog there, or just not enough darn water...  a frustrated Las Vegan digresses.  We're broke.  Why?  The blame game begins:  It's the real estate agents.  It's the mortgage brokers.  It's the ignorant buyers.  It's the investors.  It's the mortgage companies.  It's the appraisers.  It's the bankers.  It's the BIG banks.  It's the Fed.  It's the Republicans.  It's the Democrats.  It's the Pagans, the Christians, the Muslims, the Jews...  IT'S SOME PEOPLE'S FAULT!
THAT is the assumption that everyone believes and never gives a second thought to.  Blaming people, ANY people is why you have no money and why most misters suck. PLEASE turn on your brain HERE.  You're about to get the answer, but it's going to require that you   ...THINK!!!
For the sake of simplicity, let's say LV is the entire world.  Now, LV needs an economy if they're going to mirror the greatness we've achieved.  So LV Reserve Bank prints up $5,000 to create our economy.  To establish this new money system, LV Reserve Bank decides to LOAN Mr. LV Business Guy this $5000 and says use this money and all we ask is that you pay us back the $5k + $1k in interest, in even installments, over 6 years. In sum, Business Guy borrows $5k and pays back $1k each year.  Time passes...
After the first year Bus. Guy has been smart and has saved $1k for his payment and pays LV Reserve Bank $1k.
The second year, after quite a bit of Ramen, Bus. Gus again makes his $1k payment.
At the end of year 3, Bus. Guy is purse snatching at retirement homes to come up with his $1k payment.
Some time during year 4 Bus. Guy just disappears. (The rumor is "off to Mexico".) What happened to B. Guy and his booming business of year 1?
Those of you that have been able to follow this have probably noticed, at the end of year 3, only $2,000 remains in the LV economy!  No wonder he couldn't make money...  THERE PHYSICALLY WAS NEARLY NONE LEFT!.  In fact, had Bus. Guy somehow paid 5 of his 6 years of payments, he would have discovered, NOT A SINGLE DOLLAR REMAINS TO PAY YEAR 6 i.e. The Interest on the original $5k.
There's only one accepted solution to this problem: LV Reserve Bank must lend more money to other LV Players (& maybe B.-Guy too) so that people can buy and sell and consume and LV Business Guy can obtain the money to make his payments (incl. interest).  This "pickle" is thus self replicating (via the 2nd round of loans), requiring more loans to feed the 2nd loans and so on and so on and so on...
What if the bank stops lending money?  TA DA!  You're living it right now!  The Fed/Banks (I know the difference - work with me) certainly DON'T stop collecting payments and INTEREST on the loans they've made.  BUT they've stopped loaning the cash into the economy which is required to service the existing loans (as explained in the "LV Example" above).

ONE MORE TIME! - Money going out (payments). No money coming in (no loans).  Money dries up (you go broke, one way or another...).

OUR SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK FROM IT'S VERY FOUNDATIONS.
IT IS DESTINED TO FAIL BY IT'S VERY DESIGN.
WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
WE'RE BEING VERY PLAYED.  SO WAKE VERY UP OR...

Keep in-fighting, blaming, and acting like a bunch of morons.

We aren't having "money problems".  Money IS the problem.  Show me a problem and I'll show you a problem that if you dig deep enough, you'll find money at the root.  I know it's hard to conceive of any other way, but there is a better way.  Much better.  Step 1 is "HOPE".

Only Gold Is Actually Gold, Silly.

I think the great hoax is going to be seen for what it is.  What is the great hoax?  It's the virtual world, the electronic world.  All of these things that we treat as real though they don't really exist.  I guess the majority of it is a creation of the banking industry.

I thought of this when looking at my virtual portfolio.  My virtual portfolio tracks my actual investments along with some I wish I could afford.  I suck.  I've lost most of my money across the board, yet my portfolio shows a profit.  Why? because of my investment (virtual) in the Spyder Gold Trust.  Considering further I thought, "Well, gold was the big winner STILL.  I wonder if it will keep it up. Probably the best way to weather the economic collapse..."  That's when it dawned on me.  When the collapse happens, the whole system goes.  It's like turning off a light switch.  My investment in gold doesn't exist unless I have the gold right here in my hand.  That goes for everyone.  You may have millions invested in gold in the stock market, but what if the stock market collapsed and just shut down; turned off it's computers for good.  Where's your investment then?

The US dollar is based on hope.  There's no vault holding the precious metals or jewels or anything that dollars represent.  When the awakening/collapse happens, currency will be worth the paper it's printed on...  nothing.  Your imaginary money in banks and investments will become what they are...  nothing. 

There is a difference between the real world and the virtual world.  The internet has and will continue to change the world.  But it's commercial purposes will perish.  Paypal, Visa, Am Ex, etc. Don't Exist.  Money doesn't exist, especially electronic money.

When properly highlighted data and a push of the delete key can vaporize every penny a person has, you have got to wonder about the true nature of that wealth.

You might want to go buy some gold bars...

TWO YEARS AFTER THIS WAS WRITTEN (WHICH ISN'T LONG IN GOVERNMENT REACTION TIME (FOR REAL)), I JUST DISCOVERED THEY NOW ARE ACCEPTING PAYMENTS ONLINE AND PHONE PAYMENTS.  WELL DONE.  AT LEAST THE SITUATION IS NOT STUPIDLY INSANE ANY MORE.  CHEERS.

I cannot fully express the immense disappointment and frustration I feel every time I prepare to go to the CSE office to make a payment. Not because I am paying child support, I'm fine with that. By my best observation, the office created to collect my payments - by force if they deem necessary - is doing almost everything imaginable to ensure that making my payments is as difficult as possible. Don't you WANT my payments? Is it not in the best interests of the kids that you make every effort to encourage me to make my payments? OF COURSE!

Then why? ... why? why? why? I've been able to make deposits at atm machines for 30 years. I can make my cel bill payments at a little machine. Why isn't there a machine OUTSIDE where there's no metal detectors, no overpaid "DA Investigators", no 8am-5pm M-F only, no snaking lines, no little number slips, no disinterested employees, no retarded parents, etc. Payments would take less than 1 minute. ...30 years!!! We have the technology! Had it for THREE DECADES in fact. ...Go Team!

I pay EVERY BILL I HAVE online. Every single one. Except my child support payment. WOW! Wouldn't that be an incredible innovation! What forward-thinking genius came up with that idea? ... 20 years ago. Does the Division head have Down Syndrome or something? They just moved to a new facility even!! Upgrade time! Right? What was the big advancement? Now they have a DMV-style number system... ooooooh!!! Cool! An automated voice even calls my number!!!

How about just phone payments? Surely you can train people to answer a telephone? Or even outsource it to India if you're a little tight on cash.

It continues to absolutely BLOW MY MIND how retarded the current service methods are. If I didn't see it every month, I would never believe it. Never.

If you want to be heard: First of all, stop yelling.

When a person wants to drive a mildly combative person or animal off their property or just "away" in general, what is the first method most use?  They yell at them.

When speaking to a group or in a conversation, if a person is speaking too softly, what's the first thing most listeners do?  They lean in and listen with more focus and attention.

Pretty simple stuff, right?  Then why is it that when a person is angry or in conflict and has the strongest desire to be heard, they most often yell at their listener?  They use the method directly opposed to achieving their goal.

Think about it.

...and stop yelling at me if you want to be heard.
