A Pause in Posting...
I'm in Vegas, packing my life to move to Atlanta. Please read on... Actually, it makes more sense from the bottom up... so starting at the end of the archives may be a good idea...

Brian is Changing... well, duh...
Change defines reality. Without change, our perception of our surroundings and ourselves would fade from existence.
What is there to perceive, other than change/differences?
One might say similarities. By definition in order for a similarity to exist, there must be more than one object. i.e. there must be (at least) two DIFFERENT objects.
If reality consisted of only two things and they were Truely identical/the same (perfectly similar), we would not perceive them. In our "eyes" reality would consist of only one thing... until we could find a difference between the two things, in which case we could then perceive/define the two things.
Ouch, my brain hurts.
Today's entry inspired by concepts introduced to me by Brain. ... lysdexia... Brian.

U.S. History - 10th grade (or 11th?)
Some radical ideas follow. Remember, they are just that... ideas. Some may see them as blasphemous or traitorus. Understand that I love the USA and am grateful for the priviledged life it enables me to live. I bear no malice towards any in the population or government. That being said...
Question: What is The significance of the year 1863?
Answer: Modern slavery was introduced to the USA.
There was no emancipation. It is no coincidence that the signing of the emancipation proclamation and the introduction of our current paper money system occurred the same year.
The native American population were not very competent slaves. They tended to die when captured and even if they survived, they weren't very energetic, nor responsive to physical coercion. As such, the Europeans were forced to import their slaves from Africa.
The boat ride over was no party... the life they lead was not much fun either. The conditions were so harsh that only those with exceptional endurance and strength survived. The resulting population grew strong. The owners realized that by breeding for strength they could achieve greater efficiency from their slave population as well. So on top of the natural selection, purposeful selection further enhanced the slaves' abilities.
I didn't take long for the slaves to notice that they could kick their owners asses at will. Those non-compliant slaves quickly learned the difference between a beating and a shooting. Guns. Guns were the only reason slavery was sustainable at all. Well, guns and the fact that the slaves didn't have any. Still the sheer numbers of slaves made for a management problem. Well, the owners figured, "If we can breed for strength, we can breed for docility and/or intelligence too." Nigger can read - dead. Nigger says, "Duh." a lot - He's making babies.
So life went on with the numbers of dark skinned workers constantly growing, the population growing ever more physically gifted, a little more compliant, and a bit duller around the edges. There were a few other, unexpected characteristics being promulgated in the slave population as well. ...No, I'm not talking about big dicks... though it does count in this section...
A the ability to maintain 2 cultures with a single population. The the public culture, which interacted with the white people and could be seen in the public at large. Then there was the private culture. This is where intelligence and creativity were kept alive in spite of the owners breeding efforts. Sets of skills and concepts became verbal legacies past down through generations. An example:
Determining what a person's dreams and desires are and then how to feed those dreams and desires back to them and manipulate them to get what you want.
The wealth generated by free labor was (is) fantastic. So much so, that the Americans imported as many slaves as possible. The slave population grew rapidly and large.
Perhaps the printing of The Origin of Species highlighted the weakness in their slavery system... A very large and powerful population of people, full of justifiable hatred, was living in the backyards of the ruling class. Any more growth in their numbers and they would become unmanageable, in fact, signs that they were already unmanageable were quite common. It was only a matter of time before a grand revolt was successful. Regardless, more workers were needed to sustain growth. A change was necessary...

Note to self...
Remember these things:
1. Every conclusion is an illusion.
2. You never fail to succeed.
3. As your sense of Oneness increases, pain and disappointment will vanish from your life.
4. What you give, you become.
5. True love requires nothing.
excerpts from "Communion with God" by Neale Donald Walsch
There is quite a bit of text between these assertions.
More notes to follow someday...

Everything IS happening and how...
In regard to dimension... hmmm...
Assertion: Time is definitely the fourth dimension. We thus far cannot see it in it's entirety. We exist in 3 dimensions... each dimension nests the ones which come before. The next dimension appears linear to the one prior. I explain...
If you reach understanding, you may stop reading without missing any info (another post is comming tonight)...
Take a piece of paper as an example of a two-dimensional reality (yeah, yeah, though it really should have no depth what so ever). Imagine that the paper's edges extend to infinity... This is our two dimensional reality. Because the page is infinitely large, if held flat (like lying on a table), the only directions it can move are up and down. Up/down IS the third dimension. A two dimensional reality can only be in one point at a time within the third dimension. In our example: our paper (two dimensional reality) has infinite length and with and zero height. Wherever our paper may be sitting is it's current height, but it can only be at one height at a time. A piece of paper cannot be at all heights at once. If we extend this example to the relationship between the 3rd and 4th dimensions, we find the shoe fits. 3D reality can (in our perception) only exist in the 'now'; at a single point in time - as the paper can only be at one height at a time. Thus if you began stacking papers (or moments in 2D) eventually you would begin perceiving the 3rd dimension. If you were to stack papers into infinity (above and below though) you would then have a 3D reality , assuming our little 2D people could navigate between touching pieces of paper. In 3D, we're stuck on our piece of paper for the moment. But if we could some how stack the paper (i.e. stack moments of 3D realities) we would eventually begin to perceive the 4th dimension - assuming we could find a way to navigate between moments (up and down in our 3D stack). Therefore, at this point, I conclude that what we perceive as "the present" is just our inability to see the pieces of paper above and below us. We're only aware of our piece of paper. Thus if we were to become 4D beings, we would perceive the 4th dimension in it's entirety. We would see time in it's whole form all at once. Everything that ever happened and ever will happen would be seen by us as existing simultaneously - Everything would be happening NOW.

Life is the dynamic, creative edge of reality.
The nature of reality is dictated by the amount of mental energy directed toward given thoughts/concepts.
It has been said that we attract what we fear.
While this often appears true, were it so, there would be many more snakes it our cities.
The content of reality is dictated by the sum of mental energy we place into concepts - whether they be fear or love inspired.
We appear to attract our fears because our worrying/concern/thinking about them infuses them with the energy necessary for manifestation. The excessive manifestation of fears is caused by our preoccupation with them. Consider 9/11...

A note for my boss: My faith is driving me crazy.
Here are tidbits from the basement walls:
When life appears, remember to say hello.
Anything can happen... except that.
What is it that is inside of me?
Expand your mind, awareness, experience, knowledge, understanding.
Expand your world.
If you truely believe in god...
Reality is defined by its edges.
Reality is limited only by your imagination.
Why have a new world order when we can have a new world.
LOGIC IS LIKE A MUSICAL INSTRUMENT:
ONE MUST FIRST MASTER CONVENTION BEFORE ONE CAN MEANINGFULL Y ABANDON IT.
or
MASTERY IS DISPLAYED THROUGH MEANINGFUL ABANDONMENT OF CONVENTION.
Here, there, and what's in between.
